The loss of a baby is one of the most profound experiences a mother can face.
It can bring waves of grief, love, confusion, and a quiet sense of carrying something that others may not always see or understand.
Within The MotherGround, there are dedicated spaces created with deep care for mothers navigating loss — offering room for remembrance, reflection, and connection with others who truly understand.
This work is deeply personal to me.
Through my own experience of recurrent baby loss, I have experienced the emotional, physical and hormonal impact that can follow over and over, understanding the quiet ways grief can shape you over time.
From that place, I felt a deep passion to support other mothers and went on to train as a baby loss doula. Alongside this, my work as a Reiki Master and holistic therapist has influenced the way I hold space — gently, intuitively, and with deep care.
It was through experiencing baby loss that I knew I wanted to create meaningful, supportive spaces for other mothers navigating their own loss or losses.

What these spaces offer
These spaces are not about fixing or moving on. Open to all mothers who have experienced loss — whether your loss was recent or many years ago, at any stage of pregnancy or beyond.

• sit in the presence of other mothers who deeply understand
• be supported through the ongoing journey of loss
There is no expectation to speak, to explain, or to be anything other than how you arrive.

Small, gently held group spaces in-person or online where mothers can come together in a safe and supportive environment. These circles offer time for reflection, understanding, mindful practice, and connection with other women who truly understand loss.

Longer, more immersive spaces that allow time to slow down, reflect, and be held within a supportive environment. These days offer gentle, meaningful practices to honour your baby or babies, while supporting inner healing and connection with other mothers navigating loss.
Guided Meditation.
A gentle, 15-minute guided meditation to support mothers navigating baby loss, encouraging feelings to be held and given space.
There is no right way to navigate loss.
