Online Community Circles

Guided circles to slow down, reconnect, and honour you.

These online circles will meet you exactly where you are, alongside other women who are walking a similar journey to you. A circle is held within each of The MotherGrounds four journeys: The Remembering, The Blossoming, The Becoming, The Reclaiming. For mothers who are grieving, TTC, pregnant, in early postpartum, through to toddlerhood and beyond.

The Remembering Circle

Healing After Loss
A tender journey for mothers who have experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, or any form of baby loss. Together we honour your grief, your baby, and your body.

Circles may include:

  • Guided Meditation + Breath work

  • Heart + womb re-connection

  • Ceremonial space to honour your baby

  • Gentle journalling + letter writing

  • Guided gentle restorative yoga + self-reiki

  • Space to connect with other’s walking this path

  • Tools to hold you gently on hard days

  • Special expert guests

The Becoming Circle

Holistic Connection Through Conception & Pregnancy
For mothers trying to conceive or currently pregnant. Together we honour your body, welcoming alignment, and energetic preparation for bringing life into the world.

Circles may include:

  • Guided Meditation + Breath work

  • Womb connection + healing

  • Guided gentle yoga + self-reiki

  • Journalling sessions

  • Tools for emotional balance during hormonal shifts

  • Space to connect with others journeying this season of life

  • Special expert guests

The Reclaiming Circle

Rediscovering Self in Motherhood
For mothers further along their journey, who may be seeking moments of calm, or feeling the call to come home to themselves again. Together we honour the space of transformation, identity reclamation and deep soul tending.

Circles may include:

  • Guided meditations + breath work

  • Womb connection. + healing

  • Practices for boundaries, joy, and rest

  • Journalling sessions + guided yoga

  • Space to connect with other mothers on a similar path to yourself

  • Special expert guests

  • Tools to help you claim those all important moments for your own well-being

The Blossoming Circle

Postpartum Nourishment & Emotional Holding
A space for new mothers or those adjusting to life with more children. Together we honour reclaiming softness, being mothered, and grounding your nervous system.

Circles may include:

  • Guided meditations + breath work

  • Womb connection + healing after birth

  • Journaling sessions to reflect on your identity shift

  • Guided self-reiki rituals

  • Guided Post-natal + pelvic floor yoga

  • Space to connect with other mothers newly into postpartum
