Loss can be hard to talk about. In this gentle online workshop, we come together in a supportive circle to create space for the things we haven’t yet had the chance to say, to ourselves, to others, or to the baby we’ve lost.
You don’t need to have the “right” words. You don’t need to share anything you’re not ready to. You’re welcome just as you are.

In-Person | Breathe, Mama: Reconnect & Release Retreat Morning
In the early years of motherhood, it's easy to forget your own breath — the rise and fall of you, beneath the giving, holding, and doing. This retreat morning is your invitation to pause. To soften. To come home to yourself.
Among other mothers walking a similar path, you’ll be gently guided through practices that support your nervous system, body, and heart. Including breath work, gentle yoga, journaling, and a self-reiki ritual.
A quiet play corner will be lovingly set up for your little one, with a warm and experienced doula on hand, so you can take those all important moments.

Online | Rising Into You: Reclaiming Your Power in Motherhood’s Next Chapter
A gentle but empowering invitation to reconnect with the version of yourself who may have been paused, softened, or stretched in the early years of motherhood.
We’ll explore what it means to reclaim your identity — not by returning to who you were before children, but by making space for who you are becoming.
A special guest will join us to share her personal story of how she grew into this identity shift. Together, we’ll reflect, listen, and begin to reawaken the woman within.

Online | Softer Season: A Circle for Loss & Love
A calm and supportive space to care for your emotional wellbeing during what can be a complex time of year after baby loss. In collaboration with a guest yoga instructor, we’ll combine gentle, trauma-informed yoga with reflective practices to help release emotional tension, reconnect with the body, and honour your grief — without pressure to "move on.”
