A restorative retreat for the woman within motherhood
Held in Motherhood is a restorative half-day retreat for the mother who feels stretched by the demands of everyday life and is craving space to reconnect with herself.
A few intentional hours to step away from the noise, soften out of constant doing, and experience what it feels like to be the one being cared for.
The day will include:
Welcome circle
Gentle yoga flow
Breathwork
Guided journalling
Nourishing lunch
Sound bath
Reiki meditation
Head massage
Refreshments
Thoughtful gift bag to take home
