While it’s only natural that most of the care and attention is focused on your new baby, it’s equally important to remember that it’s ok to take some time for yourself too. I’m sharing these tools to create a safe space just for you, the mother, where you can gently recharge, find balance, and nurture your own wellbeing during the early postpartum days. Even little moments of rest and self-care can help you feel more grounded and supported as you navigate this life-changing season. Whether it’s your first baby or your fifth, these practices are here to help you honour your journey and reconnect with yourself amidst the beautiful chaos that is motherhood.

Every 2 months, we gather in gentle, guided circles for mothers navigating early postpartum. These online gatherings offer a soft pause, a space to exhale, reconnect, and be held in the often-invisible transformation of becoming a mother. Whether you're in the early weeks, months, or simply adjusting to life with a new baby, you'll be welcomed into a supportive space of shared experience, reflection, and gentle grounding, along with others walking a similar path.

1:1 Reiki Sessions

Reiki is a non-invasive healing practice that supports emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. In the early days of postpartum, when your body, mind, and self are adjusting to so much, Reiki offers a peaceful space to rest, release, and be gently held.
These sessions are created with you, the mother, in mind, to receive comfort, healing, and balance as you begin to find your rhythm in this new chapter. There is no need to talk through anything unless you wish to. Reiki meets you exactly where you are, with no expectations — only support.
You are welcome to receive Reiki with your baby in your arms or by your side. I allow extra time for these sessions to ensure you feel no pressure if you need to pause to tend to your little one. The energy continues to flow throughout, offering gentle support whether you’re still or tending to their needs.
Sessions are available remotely (distance Reiki is just as effective — energy knows no limits).

Before your session, you’ll be invited to share anything you’d like me to gently hold space for, your birth experience, how you’re feeling in this new season, or simply your intention for the session. We’ll begin with grounding breathwork or a short meditation to help you settle, and from there, I will channel Reiki energy to support your postpartum body, emotional well-being, nervous system, and overall energy field. Reiki will flow exactly where it’s needed, always with gentleness and respect.
You may feel warmth, tingling, emotional release, or deep calm — or you may feel very little at all. Both are completely valid. Reiki works subtly, yet deeply, honouring your body’s readiness to receive in this tender stage of motherhood.
You are welcome to have your baby in your arms or close by during the session. I extend the time to allow space for feeds, cuddles, or anything else that may arise. The Reiki continues to flow even in moments of pause.
Each session includes:
A beginning consultation to gently understand your postpartum journey (only if you wish)
Grounding breathwork or a short meditation to settle and soothe
A gentle healing intention focused on rest, recovery, and emotional support
Space to share after the session, with suggested aftercare
A follow-up message the next day to check in on how you’re feeling
A guided meditation sent to your inbox to use whenever you need a moment to reconnect

Sessions can be anywhere between 45-90 minutes. As each session is tailored to you, your energy, and your needs, I rarely put a specific duration on a session. I schedule 90 minutes per session, however sometimes less time than this is needed.

Womb Healing Ceremony

This womb healing ceremony is lovingly created for mothers in the early stages of postpartum. Your womb has held, stretched, released, and transformed through the journey of birth. Whether your experience was empowering, overwhelming, complicated, traumatic, or beautiful your body deserves time to rest, realign, and be gently witnessed.
Supporting you in softening into this transition, reconnecting with your body, and tending to the energetic and emotional imprints that birth can leave behind.
Through a blend of Reiki, crystal healing, breathwork, guided meditation, and heartfelt intention, we create a peaceful space to gently support your healing — physically, emotionally, and energetically. Whether you are resting in stillness or holding your baby in your arms, this space is here to nurture you.
Received from a distance, this ceremony meets you exactly as you are, with no expectations, just gentle support as you continue this sacred postpartum chapter.

This is a deeply restorative and energetically guided session that may include:
Intention setting (together or privately)
A guided meditation and breathwork journey to connect to the womb
Energetic healing connection to the womb space
Reiki energy channelled to the heart, womb, and surrounding energetic centres
Intuitive tools such as crystals, sound, or visualisation
Gentle emotional release and grounding support
After-care and next day check-in
You may experience a range of emotions, or simply a sense of stillness and peace. You are not expected to feel or “achieve” anything specific. It’s about giving your womb and your heart permission to soften, be seen, and begin healing in its own way.
This ceremony is available at a distance. Therefore, a gentle consultation will be scheduled first (via zoom or WhatsApp video call) to understand your personal journey. You’ll then receive a Home-Care Pack in the post ahead of our pre-booked session. This will include:
Crystals intuitively chosen to support your energy
A candle and/or herbal element to ground your ritual
Instructions for preparing your sacred space
An affirmation card or intention prompt
Optional music recommendations

In the early years of motherhood, it's easy to forget your own breath — the rise and fall of you, beneath the giving, holding, and doing. This retreat morning is your invitation to pause. To soften. To come home to yourself.
Among other mothers walking a similar path, you’ll be gently guided through practices that support your nervous system, body, and heart. Including breath work, gentle yoga, journaling, and a self-reiki ritual.
A quiet play corner will be lovingly set up for your little one, with a warm and experienced doula on hand, so you can take those all important moments.
